One of the most significant events in the field of medical industry of the Volga Federal District will take place on August 26-27 this year in the Penza Technopark “Rameev”.
This year, the main theme of the Forum will be orthopaedics, the relevance of which is dictated by the rapid development of technologies in this industry and its demand around the world.
The forum will include 10 sections, round tables, conferences, seminars and pitch sessions. The key events of the event will be:
– plenary session,
– enlarged meeting of the Union of Associations of Medical Industry Enterprises,
– an exhibition of developments of enterprises offered for implementation in the Russian health care system.
“InnoMed” is held by the Penza region government together with federal state authorities. At the moment, the forum has the status of an all-Russian.
The Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation stated that he positively assesses InnoMed’s prospects for gaining international status.
“These goals should be set, we have to go there,” said Vasily Shpak. “We have a large domestic market, but still in order to ensure the return on investment that are necessary for modern developments, it is still small. To confirm product quality, to be at the forefront, to earn more, you need to export.
Acting Governor of the Penza region Oleg Melnichenko emphasised that the Penza Biomedical Cluster has good opportunities to bring its products to the market of foreign countries.
“In terms of artificial valves, we are actually the first in the Russian market, in terms of suture material, too, in general, quite confident positions. I see quite great prospects from the point of view of international economic cooperation,” Oleg Melnichenko emphasised the attention of journalists.
